AOEC Meeting Dates for 2007-08

 Expanding on last year's success, the committee will alternate meetings between the UTLA building and regional meetings throughout the city.  Meetings this year will be held on the West side, Valley, East L.A., and the Harbor area.
Many teachers have expressed their reluctance to drive to downtown L.A. on a Friday evening, and find it easier to attend a meeting near where they work or live.  The committee will hold four regional meetings this year.  Unlike the downtown evening meetings, the regional meetings will be held at 4:00 PM, usually at an area restaurant.
Please plan on attending one or more of these meetings when they are held near your school or home.  Exact locations, usually a restaurant, will be posted on the website and e-mailed to Chapter Chairs when known.

 Downtown meetings are held at the UTLA building, 3303 Wilshire Blvd., L.A., corner of Berendo.  Parking is available in the structure behind the building - enter off Berendo.
A buffet dinner is always served.
